These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and pb88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the pb88 website located at https://pb88.world and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on pb88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and refrain from creating an account.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• Account: The personal user account created by you on the pb88 platform, accessible via a unique username and password.
• Bet: Any wager, stake, or financial commitment placed by you on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gaming product offered through the Service.
• Bonus: Any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive provided by pb88 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• Deposit: The transfer of funds from your personal bank account, e-wallet, or other approved payment method into your pb88 Account balance.
• Withdrawal: The transfer of funds from your pb88 Account balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The identity verification process requiring you to submit government-issued identification documents and proof of address to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• RTP (Return to Player): The theoretical percentage of all wagered money that a game pays back to players over the long term, expressed as a percentage.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Service. You represent and warrant that you are a legal resident of Indonesia and are accessing the Service from within Indonesian territory. pb88 reserves the right to request proof of age and residency at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on pb88. Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses, phone numbers, or personal details is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, pb88 reserves the right to confiscate all balances, void all pending bets, and permanently ban all accounts linked to the same individual or household.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license), valid email address, active Indonesian mobile phone number, date of birth, and residential address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes during your use of the Service. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination without refund.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or betting syndicates. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be liable for all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify pb88 customer support immediately via email at [email protected].

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pb88 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pb88 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier status. Standard members may deposit up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction via major banks. Silver VIP members enjoy increased limits up to Rp 75.000.000, and Gold VIP members may deposit up to Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. pb88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon receipt of payment confirmation. During peak hours or Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), processing times may extend to 15-30 minutes. If your deposit does not appear in your Account balance within 60 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

3.4 Withdrawal Process and Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your Account must have completed the KYC verification process. First-time withdrawal requests require submission of a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing your full name, date of birth, and ID number, plus proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence). Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your pb88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

3.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

pb88 processes 90% of withdrawal requests within 1-4 hours during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) business hours (08:00-22:00, UTC+7). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Silver VIP members receive priority processing with typical turnaround times of 1-2 hours, and Gold VIP members receive express processing with turnaround under 60 minutes. Withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 may require additional compliance review and take up to 24 hours.

3.6 Withdrawal Fees

pb88 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose interbank transfer fees or currency conversion charges, which are beyond our control. If you request multiple withdrawals within a 24-hour period, pb88 reserves the right to consolidate them into a single transaction to minimize processing overhead.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses offered by pb88, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (such as Idul Fitri specials or Indonesian Independence Day bonuses), are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. Bonuses are available only to Users who have completed Account registration and KYC verification. Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus amount for the welcome bonus, 25 times for reload bonuses, and 15 times for cashback offers. For example, if you receive a Rp 1.000.000 welcome bonus, you must place bets totaling Rp 30.000.000 (calculated on stake amounts, not winnings) before the bonus amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: sports bets and live casino games contribute 100%, slot games contribute 100%, but roulette, baccarat, and low-risk betting strategies (such as betting on both red and black simultaneously) contribute only 10% or may be entirely excluded.

4.3 Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of activation unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus amount and all winnings derived from bonus play will be deducted from your Account balance, and only your original deposited funds (minus any losses) will be processed.

4.4 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

pb88 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other Users to place opposing bets (arbitrage), using automated betting software or bots, and exploiting technical glitches or pricing errors. Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated accounts immediately terminated, all bonuses and winnings voided, and deposited funds confiscated. pb88 reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant Indonesian financial authorities.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pb88 are subject to the official rules and regulations of the respective sport's governing body (FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball, BWF for badminton, etc.). If a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will be settled according to pb88's standard settlement rules: for football matches, if a match is abandoned before 90 minutes are completed, all bets are void unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 24 hours; for tennis matches, if a player retires or is disqualified, all bets on that match are void unless the retirement occurs after the first set is completed, in which case match winner bets stand.

5.2 Casino Game RTP and Fairness

All casino games offered on pb88, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and compliance with international gaming standards. 5.3 Live Dealer Game Rules

If a technical error occurs during a live game (such as stream disconnection, dealer mistake, or card scanning malfunction), the round will be voided and all bets refunded. Attempts to collude with other players, communicate with the dealer via chat in a manner that influences game outcomes, or exploit dealer errors will result in immediate account termination.

5.4 Lottery Games (Togel) Rules

pb88 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) betting markets based on official lottery draws. Results are sourced from publicly verifiable draw outcomes. If an official lottery draw is delayed or canceled, all bets on that draw will be refunded. Togel betting limits vary by market and User VIP tier. Standard members may bet up to Rp 5.000.000 per draw, Silver VIP members up to Rp 15.000.000, and Gold VIP members up to Rp 50.000.000.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Service Availability

pb88 strives to provide 24/7 uninterrupted access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email and in-platform notifications. pb88 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of bets, or other consequential damages arising from Service downtime, technical failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

6.2 Maximum Liability

In no event shall pb88's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pb88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent, negligent, or willful misconduct on your part.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Age Restriction

pb88 is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and place bets. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and employ age verification checks during the KYC process. If we discover that a User is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and deposited funds returned to the source account (minus any winnings, which will be forfeited).

7.2 Self-Exclusion Tools

If you feel that your gambling activity is becoming problematic, pb88 offers self-exclusion tools that allow you to temporarily or permanently restrict access to your Account. You may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, or you may request permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit funds, or place bets. 7.3 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to help manage your gambling budget. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Colluding with other Users to manipulate outcomes or share information that provides an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical glitches, pricing errors, or software bugs for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, claim bonuses repeatedly, or evade account restrictions;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward other Users or pb88 staff;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by pb88;
• Using the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, confiscation of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Service, you must first attempt to resolve it by contacting pb88 customer support at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

9.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pb88 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that territory, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9.3 Arbitration

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support channels, you and pb88 agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10. Amendments to Terms

pb88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Users via email and in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request a withdrawal of your remaining Account balance (subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements).

11. Termination of Account

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and pending bonus-related winnings) will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by pb88

pb88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, if we believe in our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Service. In the event of Account termination for cause, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds may be confiscated if they are determined to be proceeds of illegal activity.
